Romance only produces top-quality products. However, if you or the recipient of your gift are not satisfied with our product, we will replace the item or refund your money.

To proceed, the product must retain its tag and/or seals, so it is recommended not to cut or remove them and to keep the original packaging. Notification of the issue must be made within 10 days of delivery.

PRICES, CURRENCY, AND GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

The prices listed on this website are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Therefore, they are final prices, with additional shipping costs applied during the purchase process depending on the destination.

For orders billed to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, 10% VAT will be deducted from the product price. The shipping cost is already listed without VAT. This deduction will be automatically applied on our website at the end of the purchase process.

Tariffs, customs fees, local costs, and taxes of other countries or regions will be paid by the customer upon delivery, according to the local legislation of each area.

SHIPPING

All our products are shipped via a specialized food transportation company. The shipment includes insurance against loss or theft and guarantees delivery in optimal conditions.

We recommend specifying a preferred delivery time (morning, afternoon, business hours). If the recipient is unavailable, the carrier will contact the customer to arrange delivery.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas or Easter due to high demand on courier services. Once the product leaves the factory, we will send you an email notifying you that your order is on its way.

SHIPPING PACKAGING

All products offered are packaged optimally to ensure proper preservation.

Hams and shoulders are presented with a string, tag, seals, and individual textile covers, while sausages are labeled and vacuum-sealed.

INVOICE

All orders are accompanied by their corresponding invoice, detailing the delivered products. The invoice will be sent by email to the address provided in the billing section. Thus, if the order is a gift, the recipient will only receive a document listing the products without prices.

WEIGHT

Any variations in the weight of our products will always favor the customer, as the price is calculated based on the average weight offered. For example, for a ham weighing between 7.5 and 8 kg, the price is calculated at 7.75 kg, and the weight will never be below this amount.

Romanceiberico.com informs users of the existence of a file containing the personal data provided. The purpose of this file is to manage orders, deliver sold products, process invoice payments and collections, facilitate subsequent purchases, and send newsletters via email.

In accordance with the aforementioned laws, users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, oppose, and cancel their personal data. RETURN PROCEDURE

If the product received does not meet your expectations or presents a hygienic-sanitary issue, please notify us via email at garrudo@garrudo.com, providing the order number or billing name used during purchase. Once received, we will contact you to coordinate the return.

Please note that you have 10 days to report the issue and must retain the original packaging. Likewise, hams and shoulders must retain the seals and labels around the leg, so we recommend not removing these elements when beginning consumption.

The transportation costs incurred for the return (collection and new item shipment) will be covered by Garrudo Benito if the product presents a hygienic-sanitary defect that makes it unfit for consumption. Transportation costs will be paid by the customer if the return is for any other reason (withdrawal of purchase, flavor preferences, fat level, salt level, etc.).

Additionally, for hams or shoulders, the piece must not have been consumed beyond 15% of its original weight.
